We understand the importance of making our clients feel welcome and relaxed. Step into our office, and you will enjoy our modern, yet comfortable décor as you are greeted by a team of professionals who know how to make people feel at ease.
We also know that the cornerstone of any successful relationship is good communication. We go out of our way to ensure that our patients understand their oral condition and the details behind any recommended treatments.
For those patients who might be a little nervous about their dental treatment, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available.
For your convenience we will send your insurance claims electronically, so you can receive your benefit payments promptly.
We require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment. This makes it possible for us to schedule another patient who needs dental care. Continued appointment cancellations without considerate notice will result in broken appointment charges. This is necessary in order for our office to function efficiently for your benefit.
Patients with a sudden acute problem, such as an injury or toothache will be seen the same day if at all possible. While we may not be able to render complete treatment, we will certainly do all we can to make you comfortable.
If you are a patient of record and have a dental emergency at a time that our practice is closed, please call the office at 613.739.4286 and you will be given instructions on how to reach us.
If you need immediate attention, or there is a severe emergency, please proceed to the nearest hospital.
Your First Visit
At the first appointment, we will do a thorough examination of all areas of your mouth. This will include a detailed examination of your teeth, soft tissue, bite and more. We will also use X-rays, if necessary, to detect tooth decay and other dental abnormalities before you have a major problem. All the information will be carefully evaluated, so that we can accurately assess your immediate concerns, as well as longer term needs. Our recommendations will be based upon a goal of receiving maximum longevity from your natural teeth. If any restorative work is indicated, we will then schedule appointments to provide personalized quality dental treatment in accordance to the needs of each patient.
We look forward to seeing you!
